The pain is really the special content of Vipassana meditation. Vipassana practice is a means of knowing the pain. It provide me an opportunity to realize how do I react to pain, and what's happening within my heart under a comparative deep peaceful condition. They cannot be seen clearly in daily living - under that condition, the heart is so rough...
I cannot describe the detail of my feeling when pain arose, but it doesn't matter, when I practice and cross legs next time, I can feel it completely again. |
